Sparrow Pointe is a small subdivision built around 1988 here in Lexington County, S.C. It is a total of about 20 single family homes with county provided water and sewer services, power from SCE&G, phone from AT&T, and cable, internet, and VOIP from Time Warner, Most homes are in the 90 to 150 thousand dollar range, and all have beautiful yards, smiling people, and a flair for having a very safe “at home” feeling.
